o Internal ergonomic audit (workstation design and adjustments): annually, according to Practical tips for

o Hazard tours: monthly
First Aid Supplies, Equipment and Training
o Obtaining first aid treatment: ESPOCs are some of your colleagues, especially trained to act in any
emergency situation. They are also trained to give first aid. You can easily recognize ESPOCs by the mini
flags on their desks. Also, names and pictures of ESPOCs are displayed in P&G.
o Location of first aid stations: they are visibly marked
Emergency Plan
o Use the nearest exit location and evacuation route, which are visibly marked
o Only the ESPOCs are authorized to use fire fighting equipment (extinguishers)

Vehicle Safety Check Procedure
